Customer Service (Sales)
- Provide quality customer service and to resolve customer enquiries and complaints;
- Develop new accounts and strengthen customer base by assuring service reliability and customer satisfaction;
- Liaise with Management to identify potential clients and business opportunities;
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- 2 years working experience, preferable in logistics industry;
- Strong selling, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
